Als Sales Consultant Supply Chain ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële proces: van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten tot het realiseren van succesvolle matches. Ons aanbod - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.925,- tot € 3.400,- op basis van 40 uur; - Een bonusregeling zonder plafond en de mogelijkheid op permanente salarisverhogingen; - Een leaseauto met tankpas en privégebruik, laptop en smartphone; - € 2.500,- opleidingsbudget per jaar; - Persoonlijke coaching en begeleiding; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Senior Sales, zonder managementfunctie. Wat ga je doen? - Benadert nieuwe opdrachtgevers en bouwt jouw klantenportefeuille uit; - Voert commerciële gesprekken en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar recruitmentopdrachten; - Begeleidt het proces van eerste contact tot plaatsing en klantontwikkeling; - Vindt en overtuigt kandidaten die passen bij jouw opdrachten; - Signaleert commerciële kansen en zet deze om in resultaat. Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal 2 jaar commerciële ervaring in sales, recruitment, arbeidsbemiddeling of vergelijkbare B2B-dienstverlening; - Een aantoonbaar commercieel trackrecord en de drive om targets te behalen; - Overtuigingskracht, eigenaarschap en een ondernemende instelling; - Rijbewijs B.
