Als Sales Director Foodservice ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en commerciële performance van Foodservice. Geeft leiding aan het Sales Foodservice team. Je kijkt verder dan vandaag: waar liggen de kansen van morgen, welke klantbehoeften zien we ontstaan en hoe kunnen we daar met onze producten en organisatie het beste op inspelen? Je bouwt de huidige commerciële strategie verder uit en vertaalt deze naar concrete groeiplannen. Daarbij combineer je ondernemerschap en commercieel inzicht met een scherpe blik op rendement en organisatieontwikkeling. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - · Eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling, omzet, marge en financiële performance van Foodservice. - · Ontwikkelen en realiseren van de Foodservice-strategie en vertalen daarvan naar concrete groeiplannen en commerciële KPI's. - · Bepalen waar en hoe we willen groeien: in klanten, segmenten, kanalen, proposities en nieuwe markten. - · Ontwikkelen en uitbouwen van strategische klantrelaties en partnerships en versterken van de positionering van Zuivelhoeve binnen Foodservice. - · Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften en deze vertalen naar nieuwe proposities, businessmodellen en commerciële kansen. - · Direct aansturen, ontwikkelen en inspireren van het comme...
