Over de functie Als Sales & Contractmanager ben je de verbindende schakel tussen Kiwa FSS en onze klanten. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties, signaleert commerciële kansen en zorgt dat afspraken en contracten goed worden opgevolgd. Je denkt mee met klanten en weet onze dienstverlening op het gebied van inspecties, certificeringen en test activiteiten op een overtuigende manier onder de aandacht te brengen. Wat ga je doen? · Onderhouden en uitbreiden van duurzame klantrelaties; · Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten; · Adviseren van klanten over onze inspecties, certificeringen en test diensten; · Opstellen, bespreken en opvolgen van offertes en contracten; · Bewaken van contractuele en commerciële afspraken, waaronder verlengingen en uitbreidingen; · Actief onderhouden van klantcontact en zorgen voor een passende opvolging van vragen en klachten; · Samenwerken met interne teams om klantafspraken goed uit te voeren; · Op de hoogte blijven van marktontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar commerciële mogelijkheden; · Vertegenwoordigen van Kiwa FSS tijdens beurzen, klantbijeenkomsten en andere evenementen.
