Tevens ben je in staat om het totale proces, van eerste klantcontact tot aan de verwerking in het ERP systeem met de klant te bespreken, analyseren en/of optimaliseren. Daarnaast kun je deze processen uitstekend vertalen naar de Cloud oplossingen van SAP Vereiste vaardigheden en ervaring - Minimaal een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied. - Aantoonbare ervaring (minimaal 3 jaar) met het implementeren en configureren met een van de volgende SAP CX-oplossingen, zoals SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, Emarsys SAP of Commerce Cloud. - Diepgaande kennis van CRM of Marketing- en CX-processen en best practices. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om bedrijfsprocessen te vertalen naar effectieve SAP CX-oplossingen. - Uitstekende communicatieve...
