Bij Maatkasten Online in Maldegem zoeken we een Sales en Technisch Medewerker: iemand die onze klanten en het salesteam ondersteunt, administratief de puntjes op de i zet én voldoende technisch inzicht heeft om maatkasten correct uit te tekenen.

Het is een veelzijdige functie waarin klantencontact, sales, administratie en technisch tekenen samenkomen.

Onze klanten ontwerpen hun kast online, en wij zorgen voor topservice, productie en levering. Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we iemand die ons sales- en administratief team in Maldegem versterkt.

Wat ga je doen?

Sales & klantencontact

  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, zowel telefonisch als via mail.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen, denkt mee met klanten en helpt hen verder richting de juiste oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt onze salescollega's en opmeetexperten.
  • Je volgt leads en openstaande klantvragen proactief op.
  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met onze Franstalige klanten. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je je ook telefonisch vlot en zelfzeker in het Frans kunt uitdrukken.

Administratie

  • Je verwerkt klantgegevens en bestellingen nauwkeurig in onze systemen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig en correct zijn.
  • Je bewaakt de administratieve flow tussen sales en productie.
  • Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat niets tussen de mazen van het net glipt.

Technisch tekenen

  • Je leest en interpreteert technische informatie en opmetingen.
  • Je tekent maatkasten technisch uit.
  • Je past bestaande tekeningen aan wanneer nodig.
  • Je controleert of afmetingen en technische details correct zijn.
  • Je denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht mee wanneer een kast technisch wat meer uitdaging biedt.
  • Je stemt waar nodig af met sales en productie om tot een correcte oplossing te komen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die commercieel, administratief én technisch uit de voeten kan.

  • Je bent communicatief sterk en helpt klanten graag verder.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je spreekt goed Frans. Dit is een must voor deze functie. Je moet Franstalige klanten zelfstandig telefonisch kunnen helpen en een vlot gesprek met hen kunnen voeren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt logisch en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met technisch tekenen of bent vertrouwd met CAD-software.
  • Ervaring met Korpus of Vlecad is een grote plus.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk en leert nieuwe software snel aan.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers en volgt zaken zelfstandig op.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële, administratieve of technische functie is mooi meegenomen.

Belangrijk: Frans is voor deze functie geen nice-to-have. Omdat je rechtstreeks contact hebt met onze Franstalige klanten, verwachten we dat je vlot en zelfzeker Frans spreekt.
