Je combineert sales, recruitment en relatiebeheer in één veelzijdige functie waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om jouw eigen agenda in te delen en bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: van het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten tot het succesvol plaatsen van kandidaten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Actief benaderen van prospects via koude en warme acquisitie. - Nieuwe klanten binnenhalen en bestaande klantrelaties uitbouwen. - Voeren van commerciële gesprekken, adviesgesprekken en klantbezoeken. - Inventariseren van personeelsbehoeften bij klanten en prospects. - Vacatures binnenhalen, herschrijven en publiceren. - Samenwerken met je recruitercollega om de juiste kandidaten te vinden. - Kandidaten werven, spreken en voorstellen bij opdrachtgevers. - Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces. - Behandelen van vragen van klanten, prospects en medewerkers. - Vergroten van jouw zichtbaarheid via LinkedIn en netwerkevenementen. - Signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen in de regio.
