Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een strategische salesleider die energie haalt uit het bouwen van sterke klantrelaties én het aansturen van teams? Als ervaren Sales Manager neem je een sleutelrol op binnen de salesafdeling. Je combineert people management met operationele en commerciële coördinatie en bouw je mee aan duurzame en betrouwbare partnerships met klanten.

Jouw dagelijkse taken omvatten:

  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over strategische klantendossiers, onderhandelingen op hoog niveau, de operationele uitwerking en opvolging van commerciële deals.
  • Optreden als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen en overkoepelende projecten coördineren.
  • Vertalen van klantenbehoeften naar concrete projecten, procedures en oplossingen en inspelen op nieuwe opportuniteiten en marktontwikkelingen met een toekomstgerichte visie.
  • Uitbouwen, onderhouden en versterken van langdurige klantenrelaties.
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van diensten en processen op korte en lange termijn.
  • Resultaten behalen samen met je team door hen actief te betrekken, te coachen en bij te sturen waar nodig.

Je bent een resultaatgerichte en strategisch sterke leider die behoeften snel detecteert en vertaalt naar concrete oplossingen, zowel voor klanten als voor je team. Je combineert commerciële flair met organisatorisch talent en beschikt over:

  • Minstens 6 jaar bewezen ervaring in sales binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Bachelor niveau in een logistieke en/of commerciële richting.
  • Professionele kennis van het Engels.
  • Uitstekende kennis van MS Office (o.a. Excel en PowerPoint).
  • Een assertieve, ondernemende en nauwkeurige werkstijl, met oog voor kwaliteit en samenwerking.
