Wij zijn een Belgisch voedingsbedrijf met twee sterke, lekkere merken: Noble Chocolates en Noble Savoury. In Veurne maken we premium chocoladeproducten (cups, clusters, sticks en bars) en in Roeselare creëren we gourmet kaaskoekjes die culinair goud waard zijn. We zijn een informele, doelgerichte KMO waar kwaliteit en innovatie niet onderhandelbaar zijn – en waar je merkt dat we echt van ons vak houden.

Over deze functie

Wij zoeken een dynamische Sales Manager met een echte passie voor voeding! Ben jij een geboren relatiebouwer die klanten en prospecten steeds de beste service wil geven? Dan hebben wij een rol voor jou. Je bent het gezicht van Noble Food Group – zowel bij bestaande fans van onze heerlijke chocolades en kaaskoekjes als bij potentiële nieuwe klanten. Je combineert slimme prospectie met excellent relatiebeheer en bent niet bang om regelmatig op pad te gaan. Je speelt een centrale rol in onze groeiplannen.

Wat zul je doen

● Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klanten, en het prospecteren van nieuwe klanten in en buiten Europa

● Detecteren van commerciële kansen en vertalen naar haalbare businessopportuniteiten, mooi opgevolgd in het CRM-systeem

● Samen met de CEO sta je in voor het uitwerken van de sales strategie om de marktpositie te verbeteren en nieuwe groeimogelijkheden te creëren.

● Deelnemen aan beurzen, conferenties en seminaries, en opvolgen van evoluties en trends in de markt.

● Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan klanten bij vragen rond producten en toepassingen; Voor complexe vragen werk je samen met interne specialisten om de best mogelijke oplossing aan te bieden.

● Analyseren en rapporteren van de sales resultaten en KPI’s aan de CEO.

Wie wij zoeken

● 3-5 jaar verkoopervaring, liefst in de voedings- of FMCG-sector

● Echte passie voor voeding, kwaliteit en goede producten

● Sterke verkoop- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden

● Een zelfstandig werker met drive

● Een geboren communicator, professioneel en authentiek

● Bereid om te reizen

● Goed georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en detail-gericht – maar niet stijf

● Digitaal vaardig: je vindt je weg in CRM-systemen en maakt regelmatig presentaties en analyses

● Nederlands en Engels als basis, een extra taal is een plus

● Een goede fit met onze informele, collegiale KMO-cultuur met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit en lekkere producten
