Sales Manager – CIRFOOD Nederland Hoofddorp | Fulltime | 40 uur per week BECOME A CIRFOODIE! Zie jij een nieuw hoofdkantoor, onderwijsinstelling of organisatie en denk je niet “mooi pand”, maar vooral: “Wie doet daar eigenlijk de catering?”

Dan wordt dit interessant.

CIRFOOD Nederland groeit en daar zoeken we een Sales Manager bij die daar serieus aan mee wil bouwen. Iemand die kansen ziet voordat ze op TenderNed verschijnen. Die makkelijk aan tafel komt, oprecht nieuwsgierig is naar een organisatie en relaties kan opbouwen die uiteindelijk ook gewoon business opleveren.

Want natuurlijk gaat Sales over targets. Over omzet. Over pipeline. Over marge. Maar goede sales begint voor ons ergens anders: bij mensen.

PURE FOOD, REAL CONNECTION. Dat geldt voor onze gasten, maar net zo goed voor hoe we zakendoen.

We zoeken daarom geen Sales Manager die vooral heel goed is in vertellen hoe geweldig CIRFOOD is. We zoeken iemand die eerst luistert. Die begrijpt wat er bij een potentiële opdrachtgever speelt en vervolgens precies weet waar CIRFOOD het verschil kan maken.

En ja: uiteindelijk moet er natuurlijk wel gewoon een handtekening onder.

Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt een belangrijke opdracht: CIRFOOD Nederland verder laten groeien.

Je brengt de markt in kaart, bouwt je eigen prospectlijst, opent deuren en zorgt dat CIRFOOD aan tafel komt bij organisaties die bij ons passen. Van bedrijven en onderwijsinstellingen tot organisaties die hun food- en hospitalityomgeving compleet anders willen aanpakken.

Daarbij verkoop je niet simpelweg ‘catering’. Je neemt potentiële opdrachtgevers mee in onze visie op food en hospitality. In PURE FOOD, REAL CONNECTION, onze concepten, onze Italiaanse roots en vooral in wat we voor hún organisatie kunnen betekenen.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject: van die eerste “zullen we eens kennismaken?” tot onderhandelingen, tender, presentatie en uiteindelijk het contract.

En daartussen gebeurt nogal wat.
