Jouw taken Als Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van bestaande klantrelaties binnen de bakkerij-industrie en voor distributeurs in de ambachtelijke ijs- en bakkerijsector. Bovendien wordt er van jou verwacht dat je actief nieuwe klanten aantrekt en zakelijke kansen weet te creëren en benutten. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen R&D, Operations en Commercie om klantbehoeften af te stemmen op hun oplossingen. Bij Martin Braun geloven ze in het nakomen van hun beloftes, en dat kan alleen door zowel intern als extern een goede afstemming te realiseren. Beheren van een groot aantal bestaande klantrelaties binnen de bakkerij-industrie en de bakkerij-grondstoffen distributeurs (40% van de tijd). Actief werven van nieuwe klanten en het ontwikkelen van zakelijke kansen in de bakkerij- en ijsindustrie en specifiek bij de grotere hotelketens (40% van de tijd). Realiseren van verkoopdoelstellingen en groei in de markt door zowel acquisitie als klantbeheer. Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van klanttevredenheid door het leveren van uitstekende service en interne afstemming. Monitoren van marktontwikkelingen en klantvoorkeuren in Nederland, België en Duitsland. Nauw samenwerken met de R&D-afdeling, de Managing Director en andere interne teams om producten en oplossingen af te stemmen op de specifieke behoeften van klanten, waarbij zowel technische als commerciële aspecten in balans worden gebracht.
