Voor een gespecialiseerde industriële producent zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Sales Manager om de verdere (internationale) commerciële groei te begeleiden. De organisatie is actief in de metaalindustrie en produceert hoogwaardige oplossingen voor diverse industriële toepassingen. Dankzij een combinatie van technische expertise, materiaalkennis en een eigen ontwikkelingsafdeling worden zowel standaardproducten als klantgerichte oplossingen aangeboden. Het bedrijf heeft een sterke internationale klantenportefeuille en bedient uiteenlopende sectoren. Duurzaamheid en efficiënt grondstoffengebruik vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van de bedrijfsstrategie. Tegelijkertijd wordt er gewerkt binnen een ondernemende en toegankelijke organisatiecultuur, met korte communicatielijnen en ruimte voor initiatief.

Jobomschrijving

Als Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten binnen internationale markten. Je neemt ownership over één of meerdere segmenten en bent betrokken bij het volledige commerciële traject, van marktverkenning en prospectie tot onderhandelingen en het afsluiten van langetermijnsamenwerkingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bestaande klanten.
  • Actief identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe klanten en marktopportuniteiten.
  • Ontwikkelen van een commerciële aanpak voor jouw toegewezen klantensegmenten.
  • Opvolgen van salestrajecten van eerste contact tot contractonderhandeling en afsluiting.
  • Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen, klantbehoeften en concurrentiële bewegingen.
  • Vertalen van commerciële en technische klantvragen naar concrete opportuniteiten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met R&D en andere interne afdelingen bij de ontwikkeling van klantgerichte oplossingen.
  • Begeleiden van technische projecten vanaf de eerste klantvraag tot prijsbepaling en finale overeenkomst.
  • Voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen en realiseren van duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte interne opvolging en communicatie van klantafspraken en lopende dossiers.
  • Meedenken over de verdere commerciële positionering en groeistrategie binnen jouw marktsegmenten.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (must-have)
