  • Neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de commerciële strategie en de verdere uitbouw van de salesactiviteiten.

  • Bewaakt commerciële groei en rendabiliteit en volgt hierbij de belangrijkste KPI's gestructureerd op.
  • Blijft dicht bij de markt door regelmatige klantencontacten en opvolging van B2B-opportuniteiten.
  • Bouwt en onderhoudt duurzame relaties met klanten in een technische context met complexe oplossingen.
  • Stuurt het salesteam operationeel aan, begeleidt medewerkers en ondersteunt hen in hun commerciële aanpak.
  • Combineert strategisch commercieel denken met hands-on leiderschap in de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Werkt nauw samen met andere interne afdelingen om commerciële acties technisch goed te onderbouwen.
  • Volgt de evoluties in de markt en concurrentie op en verwerkt deze in de commerciële strategie.
  • Verzekert een professionele opvolging van offertes en projecten in lijn met de afgesproken marges.
  • Rapporteert helder over resultaten, acties en aandachtspunten aan het management.
  • Zorgt voor een gestructureerde aanpak van klantenontwikkeling en segmentering binnen de B2B-portefeuille.
  • Stimuleert samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het salesteam.
  • Combineert langetermijnrelaties met concrete, korte termijn commerciële doelen.
  • Brengt ervaring mee binnen technische B2B-sales, met inzicht in complexe verkooptrajecten.
  • Beschikt over een analytische en strategische manier van denken om de commerciële koers mee uit te zetten.
  • Kan commerciële doelstellingen omzetten naar concrete acties en duidelijke prioriteiten voor het team.
  • Heeft ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van medewerkers in een commerciële context.
  • Communiceert sterk en overtuigend, zowel intern als extern, met aandacht voor duurzame relaties.
  • Spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels; bijkomende talen zijn een plus.
