Aufgabenbereich

* Sie betreuen unsere Privat- und Gewerbekund:innen telefonisch bei allen Themen rund um unser Energie-Angebot.

* Zu Ihren Kund:innen zählen Unternehmen aus Gewerbe, Industrie und Handel genauso wie Privatpersonen.

* Sie führen Verkaufs- und Beratungsgespräche zu unserem AdBlue-, Heizöl-, Diesel- und Pelletssortiment.

* Sie erstellen selbständig Angebote, sorgen für eine effiziente Nachverfolgung und setzen Aktivitäten zur Kundengewinnung.

Qualifikationen

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

* Sie bringen Erfahrung im (Telefon-)Verkauf mit.

* Sie kommunizieren überzeugend und handeln mit hoher Kundenorientierung.

* Sie begeistern sich für die Energiebranche und deren Produkte.

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

Wir bieten

* Das Mindestgehalt liegt bei EUR 2.400,00 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, 38,5h/Woche). Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
