Voor een sterk groeiende familiale dienstverlener zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Officer Facility Services voor de regio Antwerpen - Gent. In deze commerciële rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om nieuwe klantenrelaties op te bouwen en de dienstverlening verder in de markt te zetten.

Jouw functie Als Sales Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële uitbouw van jouw regio.

Je:

  • Prospecteert actief naar nieuwe B2B-klanten.
  • Bouwt een sterk professioneel netwerk uit via telefonische prospectie, bedrijfsbezoeken en netwerkevents.
  • Detecteert opportuniteiten bij bedrijven en vertaalt deze naar concrete commerciële voorstellen.
  • Beheert en ontwikkelt een eigen klanten- en prospectenportefeuille.
  • Volgt commerciële opportuniteiten nauwgezet op via het CRM-systeem.
  • Onderhandelt offertes en contractvoorstellen.
  • Onderhoudt contacten met zaakvoerders, facility managers en andere beslissingsnemers.
  • Vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op een professionele manier in de markt.
  • Draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de activiteiten binnen Antwerpen en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Je beschikt over succesvolle ervaring binnen B2B-verkoop van diensten.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een commerciële omgeving waar initiatief nemen centraal staat.
  • Je bent sterk in prospectie en klantenwerving.
  • Je gaat vlot om met telefonische prospectie en het leggen van nieuwe contacten.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en weet opportuniteiten om te zetten in concrete samenwerkingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en organiseert je agenda efficiënt.
  • Je volgt klanten en opportuniteiten nauwkeurig op.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op.
  • Je hebt een professionele, ondernemende en positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring binnen facility services, schoonmaakdiensten of zakelijke dienstverlening.
  • Kennis van de markt binnen Antwerpen en Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Een bestaand professioneel netwerk binnen bedrijven, vastgoed of facilitaire dienstverlening.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie.
