The posting

Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Vanuit moderne productievestigingen beleveren ze klanten in heel Europa en ver daarbuiten. Om de verdere groei binnen de EMEA-regio te ondersteunen, zoeken we een analytische en commercieel ingestelde Sales Planner.

In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat commerciële plannen, forecasts en projecten naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. Je werkt dagelijks samen met Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning en verschillende andere afdelingen. Dankzij jouw analyses en overzicht kunnen commerciële teams de juiste beslissingen nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij het opstellen en opvolgen van commerciële plannen en groeistrategieën.
  • Je vertaalt marktinzichten en bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties.
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om commerciële projecten succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Je ondersteunt de introductie van nieuwe producten bij klanten.
  • Je coördineert aanbestedingen en ondersteunt categoriebeheerprojecten.
  • Je analyseert verkoopcijfers, marktontwikkelingen en klantgegevens en zet deze om in bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Demand Planning om verkoopprognoses accuraat te houden.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert commerciële systemen zoals Salesforce en Power BI.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen en analyses op ter ondersteuning van strategische beslissingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere integratie en ontwikkeling van de commerciële organisatie binnen de EMEA-regio.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, sales support- of business planningfunctie.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie, Retail of Foodservice is een plus.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet cijfers te vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en bewaart gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
  • Ervaring met Salesforce, Power BI of vergelijkbare systemen is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels. Extra talen zijn mooi meegenomen.
