The posting

Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Vanuit een internationale organisatie wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan commerciële groei, innovatie en sterke klantrelaties. Om de verdere uitbouw van de EMEA-regio te ondersteunen, zoeken we een ervaren Sales Planning Manager die strategie, analyse en people management weet te combineren.

Je bent de schakel tussen Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning en andere interne afdelingen. Samen met het commerciële management zorg je ervoor dat plannen niet alleen op papier staan, maar ook succesvol worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast stuur je een team van zes regionale Sales Planners aan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt samen met Sales Leadership aan commerciële plannen voor de verschillende regio's en kanalen binnen EMEA.
  • Je vertaalt commerciële strategieën naar concrete actieplannen die bijdragen aan omzetgroei en winstgevendheid.
  • Je bewaakt de afstemming tussen commerciële plannen, categorieplannen en salesinitiatieven.
  • Je ondersteunt productlanceringen en commerciële projecten.
  • Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen, klantengedrag en commerciële prestaties.
  • Je werkt samen met Demand Planning om forecasts en jaarplanningen te optimaliseren.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen en analyses op die het management ondersteunen bij strategische beslissingen.
  • Je vertaalt data naar concrete aanbevelingen en verbeteracties.
  • Je coördineert offerteprocessen en ondersteunt category management waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Marketing en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je stuurt een team van zes regionale Sales Planners aan, coacht hen en ondersteunt hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je behaalde een master of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Foodservice en/of Retail.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen sales, commerciële planning of business support.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet data om te zetten in bruikbare commerciële inzichten.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met Salesforce, Power BI of andere reportingtools is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet verschillende stakeholders met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationale of matrixorganisatie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coachen en aansturen van medewerkers.
