Zur Verstärkung des engagierten Teams in Österreich suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit mit technischem Background, die den erfolgreichen Einstieg in den Außendienst wagen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben - Technik trifft Kundenkontakt

* Service & Installation: Sie installieren moderne Neugeräte direkt vor Ort bei Werkstattkunden und übernehmen Wartungen, Kalibrierungen sowie Reparaturen.

* Kundeneinweisung: Bei der Übergabe neuer Geräte schulen Sie das Werkstattpersonal praxisnah und verständlich.

* Technische Beratung: Sie stehen den Kunden bei technischen Fragen rund um hochwertige Werkstatttechnik beratend zur Seite.

* Fahrzeug- & Lagerorganisation: Sie verwalten Ihr Ersatzteillager sowie die Vorführgeräte in Ihrem Firmenfahrzeug eigenverantwortlich.

* Kundenbetreuung: Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen im Einsatzgebiet und unterstützen bei lokalen Events sowie Fachmessen.

* Selbstständige Routenplanung: Sie organisieren Ihre täglichen Kundenbesuche effizient und eigenständig von zu Hause aus.

Ihr Profil - Begeisterung für Technik & Service

* Technische Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre oder Fachausbildung im KFZ-Bereich (z. B. KFZ-Technik, KFZ-Mechatronik, Landmaschinentechnik).

* Erste Praxis: Berufserfahrung in einer KFZ-Werkstatt oder im technischen Service. Erfahrung im Außendienst ist nicht erforderlich - Quereinsteiger aus der Werkstatt sind herzlich willkommen!

* Persönlichkeit: Sie bringen hohe Lernbereitschaft, eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am täglichen Umgang mit Menschen mit.

* Mobilität: Wohnort im Großraum Neunkirchen / Niederösterreich sowie ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Solide Deutschkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen.
