Wir suchen 1 Sales Steering & Analytics Expert (m/w/d)

Du bist...

* verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines einheitlichen Frameworks zur Vertriebssteuerung und Performance-Analyse

* treibend in der Sicherstellung einer transparenten, konsistenten und belastbaren Datenbasis über alle Vertriebsgesellschaften hinweg

* federführend in der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung aussagekräftiger KPI-Strukturen zur gezielten Vertriebssteuerung

* mit der Analyse der Sales Pipeline sowie der Kundenperformance inklusive Kundenbilanz betraut

* eingebunden in die Analyse von Absatz-, Umsatz- und Kundenentwicklungen und leitest daraus konkrete Steuerungsmaßnahmen ab

* zuständig für die Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen für Management und zentrale Gremien (AR, EVP, Commitment, Quartalsmeetings)

* zentraler Ansprechpartner für Vertriebsgesellschaften bei CRM-, BI- und Reporting-Themen

* aktiv in der Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Organisation im Umgang mit CRM-, BI- und Reporting-Tools

* gefragt, wenn es um die Identifikation von Schwachstellen in Daten, Systemen und Prozessen sowie die Entwicklung pragmatischer Lösungen geht

Du hast...

* eine fundierte Ausbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Sales Analytics, BI, CRM oder Vertriebssteuerung

* sehr gute Kenntnisse in BI-Systemen und CRM-Lösungen sowie Verständnis für vertriebsrelevante Datenstrukturen

* ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein starkes Verständnis für Vertriebskennzahlen und Zusammenhänge

* die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten klar und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und in konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen

* eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld

Entlohnung:

Das Dienstverhältnis unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für die Eisen- und Metallerzeugende Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über KV und ergibt sich aus Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung und orientiert sich am Regionalen Arbeitsmarkt.
