Ben jij een administratief talent met een sterk organisatietalent en oog voor detail? Wil jij een ondersteunende rol spelen in een dynamisch IT-team binnen een internationale organisatie? Dan ben jij de persoon die we zoeken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Support Medewerker ben jij de administratieve ruggengraat van het salesproces. Je ondersteunt de salesafdelingen door orders en klantvragen efficiënt te verwerken en op te volgen. Jouw administratieve vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een scherpe focus op procesverbetering, zorgen ervoor dat het salesproces soepel verloopt en de klantbeleving optimaal blijft. Je werkt binnen de Operations-afdeling en rapporteert aan de Teamleader Operations.

Procesoptimalisatie: Je signaleert inefficiënties in werkprocessen en denkt actief mee om verbeteringen door te voeren. Je speelt een essentiële rol in het stroomlijnen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Product beheer: Je denkt mee over de beste inkooplocaties en zorgt voor een vlotte levering van producten aan de klanten.

Documentverwerkering: Je verstuurt garanties, carepacks, licenties en andere product gerelateerde documenten naar klanten om hun ervaring te verbeteren.

Orderverwerking: Je verwerkt orders (online, offline, decentrale en intercompany) en volgt bestellingen op om een tijdige levering te garanderen.

Cloudtransacties & Services: Je verwerkt Cloud transacties en recurring services, en werkt nauw samen met de Accountmanager om annuleringen af te handelen.

Klantbeheer: Je ondersteunt de Accountmanager en handelt klantvragen snel en efficiënt af.

Systeembeheer: Je beheert verschillende portalen, klantkaarten in CRM en zorgt ervoor dat artikelgegevens en adressen altijd up-to-date zijn.

Efficiëntie bevorderen: Je voert workflow- en procesupdates uit om de efficiëntie te verhogen en administratieve processen soepel te laten verlopen.

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen IT, technisch-commercieel of ICT-omgeving.
  • Affiniteit met IT-infrastructuur (hardware, networking, storage, servers, cloud).
  • Kennis van en/of interesse in producten van o.a. Microsoft, HPE, Cisco, Dell, Lenovo.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (Frans zijn pluspunten).
  • Proactieve mindset en teamplayer met klantgerichte instelling.
  • Vlot in het analyseren, structureren en documenteren van technische informatie.
  • Ervaring in een presales-, inside sales- of technische supportfunctie is een plus.
