Sales Support Medewerker (32-40 uur) Locatie: Utrecht, met hybride werkopties Ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat een commercieel team écht lekker draait? Onze Security Advisors zijn dagelijks bezig met klanten, securityvraagstukken en nieuwe kansen. Jij zorgt dat alles daaromheen klopt. Van de voorbereiding van klantgesprekken en offertes tot follow-ups, CRM en de overdracht van nieuwe opdrachten. Je houdt overzicht, ziet wat er moet gebeuren en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken ook daadwerkelijk acties worden. Kort gezegd: jij brengt structuur, snelheid en overzicht in alles rondom sales. Interesse? We zoeken geen 'perfecte kandidaat', maar wel iemand die nieuwsgierig is, creatief en wil groeien in het vak. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt onze Security Advisors en zorgt dat zij zich zoveel mogelijk kunnen richten op waar ze goed in zijn: klanten helpen hun digitale weerbaarheid te verbeteren. Je werkzaamheden zijn breed. Zo ga je onder andere: - klant- en scopinggesprekken voorbereiden door de juiste informatie te verzamelen en dossiers compleet te maken; - offertes, NDA's en andere commerciële documenten voorbereiden en verwerken; - offertes en informatie opvragen bij leveranciers; - templates en standaarddocumenten beheren en verbeteren; - ons CRM actueel houden en zorgen dat de commerciële administratie op orde is; - acties, deadlines en follow-ups bewaken en het salesteam hier scherp op houden; - klanten opvolgen na meetings, events of andere contactmomenten; - marketing ondersteunen bij events, campagnes en klantcommunicatie; - nieuwe opdrachten compleet en correct overdragen aan de uitvoerende teams; - de administratieve afhandeling verzorge...
