De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Sales Support Medewerker

  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij offertes, contracten en retenders
  • Voorbereiden en beheren van salesdocumentatie en klantinformatie
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en behandelen van klachten via telefoon en mail
  • Opvolgen van aanvragen en verwerken van klantorders
  • Coördineren van implementaties in samenwerking met interne afdelingen
  • Opstellen van rapporten, analyses en overzichten voor salesactiviteiten
  • Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens in ERP- en CRM-systemen
  • Samenwerken met interne teams zoals planning, finance en technische diensten
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte opvolging van het volledige salesproces
