The posting

In de functie van sales support medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en ondersteun je het verkoopteam bij technische en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je werkt fulltime, van maandag tot en met vrijdag, en krijgt de kans om op termijn door te groeien binnen het bedrijf. Je volgt relevante trainingen om je kennis van HVAC-producten te verdiepen. Deze functie is vast en biedt veel mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Je start je werkdag met het verwerken van binnenkomende orders en het opstellen van offertes voor klanten. Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date in het CRM-systeem en beantwoordt vragen over technische producten en offertes. Gedurende de dag onderhoud je contact met klanten en collega’s, denk je actief mee in het oplossen van klantvragen en draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van het orderproces. Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid komen hierbij goed van pas.
