Ter ondersteuning van de verdere groei zijn zij op zoek naar een analytische en nauwkeurige Sales Support Professional.

Jobomschrijving

  • Voorbereiden vansales- enklantvergaderingen aan de hand van duidelijke analyses enrapporteringen.
  • Opvolgen, beheren en optimaliseren van klantendossiers en commerciële gegevens.
  • Analyseren van omzetcijfers, rebates en verkoopresultaten per key account.
  • Controleren van facturen, debetnota's en verwerken van creditnota's.
  • Opstellen van rapporten en klantoverzichten ter ondersteuning van commerciële beslissingen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klantvragen en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging.
  • Beheren van productinformatie via PIM-systemen en klantenportalen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van commerciële, logistieke en technische productgegevens.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om processen verder te optimaliseren.
  • Ondersteunen van salesprojecten en bijdragen aan een efficiënte operationele werking.
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen sales support, customer service, data-analyse of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en een sterke affiniteit met data.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur Business Central, is een plus.
  • Administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Analytisch ingesteld en in staat om inzichten om te zetten naar duidelijke rapporten.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits vormt een extra troef.
  • Proactief, gestructureerd en stressbestendig.
