In deze veelzijdige rol ben je de verbindende schakel tussen sales, marketing, klanten en interne systemen.

Dankzij jouw analyses, nauwkeurigheid en communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat onze commerciële processen optimaal verlopen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Je ondersteunt het sales team bij klantvoorbereidingen en commerciële acties.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor key accounts en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging.
  • Je verbindt sales, marketing en andere afdelingen met de juiste informatie.

Analyse & rapportering

  • Je analyseert verkoop- en omzetcijfers en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je maakt rapporten in Excel en Business Central.
  • Je signaleert trends en opportuniteiten ter ondersteuning van sales.

Data- en systeembeheer

  • Je beheert productinformatie en klantenportalen.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit van commerciële en logistieke data.
  • Je zorgt voor correcte en actuele gegevens in onze systemen.

Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar data en commercie elkaar versterken.

Verder beschik je over:

  • Een bacheloropleiding of relevante ervaring binnen sales support, customer service of een commercieel-analytische functie.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een plus.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Excel en een interesse in data-analyse.
  • Een gestructureerde en proactieve werkhouding.
  • Het talent om vlot samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen en klanten.
