Stuur dan jouw CV en motivatiebrief naar [email protected] . Een productieproces is afhankelijk van de supply chain. Materialen komen binnen en gereed product gaat op tijd naar de klant. Bewaak jij het overzicht van de gehele supply chain en weet jij zowel intern als extern te schakelen om de planning te bewaken? Als Hoofd Supply Chain overzie jij de goederenstromen binnen de organisatie, van inkoop & voorraadbeheer tot en met de distributie naar de klant. Het inkoopteam, de productieplanners en het logistieke team vallen onder jouw verantwoording. Jij stuurt de teams aan, coördineert de processen en optimaliseert deze samen met de desbetreffende teams. Met jouw helikopterview weet jij precies waar we staan in het proces voor én na de productie: goederen worden op tijd aangeleverd voor het productieproces en het gereed product wordt op tijd gedistribueerd naar de klant. Verstoringen in de supply chain weet je snel op te sporen én (zoveel mogelijk) te verhelpen, waarbij je veel schakelt met de Productie Manager en de Quality Manager. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar dat is juist waar jij warm van wordt! Onze huidige Supply Chain Manager zal je inwerken met een op maat gemaakt onboardingsprogramma, waarna hij van zijn pensioen zal genieten. - Coördineren en optimaliseren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen, waarbij je leiding geeft aan het inkoopteam, de productieplanners en het Hoofd Logistiek & Transport; - Analyseren en verbeteren van supply chain-processen, o.a. voorraadomloopsnelheid, One Time In Full (OTIF), Supplier On time Delivery (OTD), totale supply chain kosten, leverancierafwijkingen. - Intern schakelen met Productie en Quality bij afwijkingen van componenten en extern met de leveranciers; - Initiëren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen binnen de supp...
