Salesmanager Renault Trucks Noord-Holland & Friesland Als Teamleider Sales Renault Trucks ben jij de kartrekker in het veld. De zwaarte van je functie ligt bij actief verkopen: jij zit aan tafel bij klanten, voert gesprekken op locatie en bouwt aan langdurige relaties.

Je werkt zelf volop mee in de verkoop, maar neemt daarnaast het voortouw binnen het Renault-team. Je stuurt collega’s aan door het goede voorbeeld te geven, kennis te delen en richting te bieden in de dagelijkse praktijk.

Door scherp te luisteren, kansen te zien en creatief mee te denken, vertaal je klantbehoeften naar oplossingen die verder gaan dan de standaard. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten in Friesland kiezen voor efficiënt, zorgeloos rijden met Renault Trucks.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je onderhoudt direct contact met de Renault Truck importeur voor het bepalen van targets / actieplannen en de opvolging daarvan.

- Ook werk je samen met de afdeling Fleet Sales van de Renault Truck importeur om samen, actief deze grote accounts te bewerken.

- Je benadert klanten proactief om een uitgebreid en stevig netwerk van relaties op te bouwen voor de langere termijn.

- Je fungeert als een partner voor klanten door actief mee te denken over transportoplossingen en uitstekende service te bieden.

- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties staat centraal in deze rol en je bouwt het bestand verder uit door middel van actieve acquisitie.

- Je werkt samen met ons Business Support team ter ondersteuning van je verkoopinspanningen.

- Je krijgt de ruimte voor eigen initiatief en hebt de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken.

- Kortom, een uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en een gevarieerd takenpakket.
