Sankoo is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop, verhuur en het onderhoud van mini-rupshijskranen en hoogwerkers. Onze klanten zijn actief in verschillende branches en hebben ieder hun eigen wensen. Als Sales Medewerker adviseer je klanten, volg je leads op en zet je aanvragen om in orders. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige verkoopproces: van de eerste aanvraag en offerte tot het beantwoorden van vragen, opvolgen van leads en verwerken van orders. Wat ga je doen? Als Salesmedewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je begeleidt potentiële klanten gedurende het verkoopproces en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen snel, zorgvuldig en professioneel worden opgevolgd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Telefonisch en per mail contact met potentiële en bestaande klanten; • Opstellen en versturen van verkoopoffertes; • Actief opvolgen van uitgebrachte offertes en leads; • Klanten adviseren over onze machines en de mogelijkheden; • Orders verwerken; • Orderbevestigingen opstellen en verwerken; • Verkoopadministratie bijhouden en beheren; • Ondersteuning bij verkoop via verkoopplatforms. Je krijgt steeds meer kennis van onze machines, toepassingen en klanten. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelfstandig het verkoopproces te leiden. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een commerciële en klantgerichte collega die het leuk vindt om klanten te helpen én resultaatgericht is. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te pakken, denkt mee met de klant en weet kansen om te zetten in concrete verkoop.
