In de rol van Samensteller/Lasser MIG/MAG werk je in een innovatieve en collegiale omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het lezen van technische tekeningen en het voorbereiden van lasnaden en verbindingen. Dit houdt in dat je de juiste materialen beoordeelt en de lasapparatuur instelt, waarbij je werkt volgens de voorgeschreven lasprocessen. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het maken van kwalitatief hoogwaardige lasverbindingen in diverse constructies, zoals leidingen en plaatwerk. Na het lassen zorg je voor een grondige controle van het eindresultaat, en werk je de lasverbindingen af door middel van schuren, slijpen of vijlen. Deze functie biedt niet alleen de kans om je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen, maar ook om bij te dragen aan uitdagende projecten binnen een dynamisch team. Functie-inhoud - Je leest technische tekeningen en bereidt lasnaden en verbindingen voor volgens de specificaties. - Je beoordeelt de te lassen materialen en stelt de lasapparatuur nauwkeurig in voor optimale resultaten. - Je hanteert voorgeschreven lasprocessen en werkt met toevoegmaterialen en hulpgereedschappen voor een betrouwbare verbinding. - Je bewerkt en verbindt constructies en leidingen, waarbij je de focus legt op kwaliteit en precisie. - Je controleert het eindresultaat grondig om te voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitseisen en toleranties.

Functie-eisen - Je hebt een relevante opleiding in de metaalsector, bij voorkeur MBO-niveau 3 in constructiewerk of lassen. - Je beschikt over ervaring met MIG/MAG lassen, en TIG lassen is een pré. - Je hebt kennis van diverse materialen en hun lastechnieken, inclusief RVS en aluminium. - Je bent in staat technische tekeningen te lezen en hebt een scherp oog voor detail en precisie. - Je werkt graag samen in een team en hebt een positieve en collegiale houding.
