Ihr Beitrag als Consultant*...

* Sie beraten unsere internationalen Kund*innen bei spannenden Fragestellungen rund um SAP SuccessFactors und bringen Ihre Expertise aktiv ein

* Übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Projekte von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

* Dabei analysieren Sie Anforderungen unserer Kund*innen und konzipieren individuelle Lösungsansätze zur Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen

* Sie implementieren und konfigurieren SuccessFactors Module und unterstützen ebenso im laufenden Betrieb

* In Workshops vermitteln Sie Key User*innen die SuccessFactors Anwendung im operativen Geschehen

Das ist uns wichtig...

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors als Consultant* oder als HR Key User*in

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Personalwirtschaft oder Vergleichbares

* Interesse an der Einführung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen

* Sehr gutes Verständnis von Systemen und Datenbanken

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Wir bieten Ihnen eine attraktive Vergütung mit einem Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 60.000 (Vollzeit). Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung vorgesehen. Ergänzend dazu profitieren Sie von einer leistungsgerechten Bonusregelung.
