Das Mindestbruttogehalt laut KV beträgt EUR 4.355,55 monatlich. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach der individuellen Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.

Was du bei uns machst

Als SAP Teamlead in unserem globalen ICS-Team übernimmst du die operative Steuerung unseres SAP-Teams und sorgst dafür, dass Anforderungen, Projekte und laufende Weiterentwicklungen strukturiert, priorisiert und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich:

* Du steuerst das SAP-Team operativ, koordinierst Aufgaben, setzt Prioritäten und stellst eine klare Abstimmung innerhalb des Teams sowie mit den relevanten Fachbereichen sicher.

* Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere internationalen SAP Key User und damit die Verbindung zwischen Fachbereich, IT, SAP-Team und externen Partnern.

* Du verantwortest das Demand Management und sorgst dafür, dass neue Anforderungen transparent bewertet, priorisiert und in die Umsetzungsplanung überführt werden.

* Du behältst unser SAP-Projektportfolio im Blick, steuerst laufende Initiativen und stellst sicher, dass Abhängigkeiten, Ressourcen und Prioritäten aktiv gemanagt werden.

* Du übernimmst das Requirements Engineering für den SAP-Bereich: Du erhebst, analysierst und strukturierst Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen, hinterfragst diese auf Umsetzbarkeit und übersetzt sie in tragfähige Lösungsansätze zusammen mit dem Team.

* Du koordinierst die Umsetzung im Team und sorgst durch laufende Fortschrittskontrolle für Transparenz über Status, Risiken und nächste Schritte.

* Gemeinsam mit deinen SAPTeam-Kolleg:innen und den Fachbereichen arbeitest du aktiv an der laufenden Verbesserung und Optimierung unserer SAP-Prozesse.

Wen wir suchen - Dein Background

Wir suchen eine SAP-Persönlichkeit (m/w/d), die Teams, Anforderungen und Projekte erfolgreich zusammenführt und über ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis sowie Organisationstalent verfügt.

Das bringst du mit:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem internationalen Produktions- oder Industrieunternehmen

* Erfahrung in der Koordination von SAP-Teams, Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Initiativen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering, Demand Management und Projektportfolio-Management

* Verständnis agiler Arbeitsweisen, insbesondere in Planung, Priorisierung und Fortschrittssteuerung

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke im Umgang mit Fachbereichen, Key User:innen, IT und externen Partnern

* Lösungsorientiertes Mindset, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
