The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Hilversum ontwerp je SCADA- en HMI-systemen voor industriële installaties en luxe jachten. Je combineert proces- en systeemautomatisering met aandacht voor UI/UX: een installatie moet betrouwbaar functioneren én logisch te bedienen zijn. Je vertaalt functionele eisen en gebruikersbehoeften naar overzichtelijke interfaces voor monitoring en bediening. Daarbij verzorg je de integratie met PLC's en industriële netwerken, van ontwerp tot oplevering bij de klant. In de dagelijkse praktijk configureer je schermen, pas je scripting toe en test je de communicatie tussen systemen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan projecten en stemt technische keuzes af met collega's en klanten. Ook analyseer je storingen en verbeter je bestaande installaties. Projecten kunnen je naar internationale locaties brengen, waaronder jachten in Monaco. Via opleidingen en cursussen kun je je verder verdiepen in SCADA, HMI en gebruiksvriendelijke industriële interfaces. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en configureren van SCADA- en HMI-interfaces voor procesmonitoring en bediening - Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar duidelijke schermindelingen en logische bediening - Integreren van PLC's en netwerken via OPC UA/DA, Modbus, Profibus en EtherNet/IP - Toepassen van scripting met VB, JavaScript en SQL - Testen, inbedrijfstellen en valideren van systemen, intern en op klantlocatie - Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen en adviseren over technische en gebruiksverbeteringen - Documenteren van systeemontwerpen, configuraties en gebruikershandleidingen Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Aantoonbare ervaring met SCADA en HMI-ontwikkeling; PLC-kennis is een pré - Affiniteit met UI/UX en oog voor overzichtelijke, gebruiksvriendelijke bediening - Ervaring met of interesse in VB, JavaScript en SQL, plus bekendheid met industriële communicatieprotocollen - Analytisch vermogen en goede communicatieve.
