Gelukkig ben jij er! Jij weet als geen ander hoe je bestuurders in deze situatie kunt bijstaan en begeleiden, zodat ze snel weer de weg op kunnen. Voel jij je aangesproken? Dan is DirectLease op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als schade-expert (schadebehandelaar) op onze schadeafdeling zorg jij ervoor dat klanten na autoschade snel weer veilig de weg op kunnen. Of het nu gaat om een stranding onderweg, een paaltje dat net verkeerd stond of een krasje dat er niet hoort te zitten, jij regelt dat alles snel en soepel wordt opgelost. Je schakelt met herstelbedrijven, houdt klanten op de hoogte en zorgt dat de reparatie in no time geregeld is. Dankzij jou, onze schadebehandelaar , rijdt de berijder in binnen- en buitenland snel weer in zijn of haar eigen auto én dat geeft jou energie. Jij begeleidt hen stap voor stap en bent hét aanspreekpunt via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Daarnaast zorg jij voor kwalitatief goede en kostenefficiënte reparaties. Met jouw inzet en klantgerichte houding voelt elke klant zich gehoord en geholpen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Telefonisch en per mail contact onderhouden met klanten gedurende het gehele schadetraject; - Behandelen, begeleiden en afwikkelen van schademeldingen en het verhalen van schade op derden; - Beoordelen, goedkeuren en verwerken van schadecalculaties en expertiserapporten; - Goedkeuring geven voor reparaties en het controleren, verwerken en goedkeuren van nacalculaties en facturen; - Onderhouden en administreren van contacten met schadeherstelbedrijven, schade-experts en verzekeraars.
