The posting

Een ongeval is voor klanten al vervelend genoeg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het dossier tenminste wél vlot verloopt.

Voor een sterke concessie zoeken we een schadebeheerder carrosserie die technische kennis combineert met administratie, klantencontact en overzicht.

Geen puur bureauwerk waarbij je enkel dossiers doorschuift. Wel een centrale rol tussen klant, expert, carrosserie en verzekering.

Wat ga je doen?

Als schadebeheerder volg je schadedossiers van A tot Z op. Je ontvangt klanten, maakt schadecalculaties op en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief én praktisch correct geregeld wordt.

Je houdt het overzicht, communiceert helder en zorgt ervoor dat klanten weten waar ze staan. Dat laatste is tegenwoordig blijkbaar een superkracht.

Jouw taken:

• Klanten professioneel verder helpen via telefoon, mail en andere kanalen

• Schadefoto’s maken en correct verwerken in het systeem

• Bestekken opmaken in DMS en Claims360

• Overleggen en onderhandelen met experten over schadecalculaties

• Schadedossiers volledig opvolgen van intake tot afhandeling

• Onderdelen bestellen en vervangwagens inplannen

• Afspraken coördineren tussen klant, verzekering en carrosserie

• Facturatie en nacalculatie verzorgen

• Administratieve opvolging nauwkeurig verwerken

Je werkt in een omgeving waar kwaliteit belangrijk is, maar waar mensen ook nog normaal met elkaar praten. Geen overgeorganiseerd circus dus.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt ervaring binnen automotive of carrosseriebeheer

• Ervaring met schadebestekken en dossierbeheer is noodzakelijk

• Je hebt technische kennis van carrosserie en autotechniek

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd

• Je bent administratief sterk en IT-vaardig

• Je communiceert professioneel met klanten en experten

• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands

• Basiskennis Frans en Engels is mooi meegenomen

• Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt het hoofd koel bij drukte
