Für unseren Standort in 2353 Guntramsdorf suchen wir zur Erweiterung unseres Teams eine/n engagierte/n: 1 Schichtleiter/in Produktion (m/w/d)

AUFGABEN

* In dieser Position sind Sie für die Führung und Einteilung der Mitarbeiter/innen verantwortlich

* Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Ausführung des vereinbarten Volumens laut Produktionsplan

* Sie unterstützen bei einfachen technischen Problemen

* Darüber hinaus führen Sie Qualitätskontrollen durch und sorgen für die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- & Hygienevorgaben sowie Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Weiters sind Sie für die Verarbeitung der Rohware zuständig, übernehmen Verpackungstätigkeiten, Umstell-, Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten

* Sie führen Produktionsaufzeichnungen und unterstützen die Produktionsleitung

* Sie sind bereit in einem Schicht-Betrieb zu arbeiten: MO-SA (DO frei), von 10.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr und im Vertretungsfall von 06.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr

ANFORDERUNGEN

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise im technischen Bereich oder in der Lebensmittelverarbeitung) und im besten Fall über erste Führungserfahrungen (praktischerweise in der Produktion)

* Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, genau und sind Flexibel und zeichnen sich durch gutes Konfliktmanagement aus

* Sie verfügen über technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick und die Fähigkeit Prioritäten zu setzen und überzeugen mit Organisations- und Umsetzungsstärke

* Sie bringen Lernbereitschaft, Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit

* Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über sichere Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in der EDV
