Schichtleiter_in Systemgastronomie

Deine Aufgaben:

- Du bist wie einst unser Colonel für dein KFC-Team da und bist für Training sowie Motivation verantwortlich

- Du bist Teil des Managements und sorgst dafür, dass operativ alles rund läuft

- Du bist der geduldige Ansprechpartner für deine Gäste, damit sie rundum zufrieden sind Umsetzung und Einhaltung aller firmeninternen Standards

- Sicherstellung der Lebensmittelsicherheit, HACCP und Temperaturen

Das erwarten wir:

- Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position

- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, eigenverantwortliches Handeln

- Du kannst gut mit Gästen: Gastgeberqualitäten sind deins und Teamorientierung sowieso

- Unternehmerisches Denken und leistungsorientiertes Handeln

- Umgang mit MS Word, Excel

- Solide Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
