Je werkt aan projecten waarbij een goede voorbereiding en nette afwerking belangrijk zijn. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Schuren, plamuren en voorbereiden van ondergronden; - Gronden en aflakken; - Binnen- en buitenschilderwerk; - Schilderen van kozijnen, deuren, wanden en andere onderdelen; - Uitvoeren van klein herstel- en houtrotreparatiewerk; - Kitwerk en voorbereidende werkzaamheden; - Werken met verschillende verfsoorten en materialen; - Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkplek. Je werkt zelfstandig waar dat kan en samen met ervaren collega's waar dat nodig is. Hierdoor krijg je de mogelijkheid om steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig op te pakken. Wat wij bieden Bij Faber vinden we het belangrijk dat jij als schilder goed wordt beloond én de mogelijkheid krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Daarom bieden we jou: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.840 en € 3.963, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en vakbekwaamheid; - Pensioenopbouw via BPF Schilders; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren; - Afwisselende projecten in Joure en omgeving; - Jaarlijks de mogelijkheid om twee trainingen of cursussen te volgen; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en een vast aanspreekpunt bij Faber; - Deelname aan het Faber spaarprogramma; - Jaarlijkse zomer- en winterborrels.
