Iemand die trots is op zijn werk en plezier haalt uit een strak resultaat! Over de functie Als schilder werk je aan het onderhoud van woningen, scholen, kantoren en monumentale panden in jouw regio. Denk aan houtrot herstellen, schilderwerk binnen en buiten en waar nodig klein herstelwerk aan oppervlakken. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Binnen- en buitenschilderwerk uitvoeren, inclusief voorbereiden, schuren, gronden en aflakken. - Het herstellen van houtrot en uitvoeren van klein herstelwerk voor een duurzame afwerking. - Het controleren van kwaliteit en afwerking. Je komt te werken in een team van 5 tot 8 collega's dat elkaar helpt waar nodig. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene week schilder je een bedrijfspand, de week erna werk je aan een woning of een kasteel. Qua werkgebied moet je denken aan de gebieden rondom Apeldoorn, Zwolle, Deventer. Je komt terecht in een warm familiebedrijf met een nuchtere, Twentse mentaliteit. De lijnen zijn kort en de deur staat altijd open, ook bij de directie. Hier wordt er geluisterd, niet alleen naar wat je doet, maar ook naar wie je bent.
