Je houdt je bezig met het voorbereiden van ondergronden, schuren, plamuren, gronden en aflakken. Ook krijg je de mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen met bijvoorbeeld houtrotreparaties, glaszetten en wandafwerking. Je werkt samen met ervaren vakmensen en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je jezelf verder ontwikkelt. Door de combinatie van verschillende werkzaamheden en projecten is geen werkdag hetzelfde. Wat wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.840 en € 3.960, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en vakkennis; - Pensioenopbouw via BPF Schilders; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Afwisselende projecten in Hoornsterzwaag en omgeving; - Mogelijkheden om opleidingen en vakgerichte cursussen te volgen; - Goede begeleiding door ervaren vakmensen; - Professioneel gereedschap en werkkleding; - Een vast aanspreekpunt vanuit Faber. Ben jij het? Je hebt inmiddels ervaring opgedaan als schilder en wilt jezelf verder ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandig en veelzijdig vakman. Daarnaast: - Heb je 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als schilder; - Heb je ervaring met schuren, plamuren, gronden en aflakken; - Werk je nauwkeurig en netjes; - Heb je oog voor detail; - Ben je gemotiveerd om nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren; - Heb je een VCA-certificaat of ben je bereid dit via Faber te behalen; - Is rijbewijs B een pré.
