Voor diverse schilderwerkzaamheden in de regio Grave zijn wij op zoek naar een nette, beleefde en representatieve schilder met minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring. Als schilder in de regio Grave werk je voornamelijk bij particuliere klanten thuis. Je zorgt voor kwalitatief hoogwaardig schilderwerk en een nette afwerking. Omdat je bij klanten over de vloer komt, vinden wij het belangrijk dat je professioneel, vriendelijk en verzorgd bent. Functie omschrijving Wat ga je doen als schilder? Als schilder in de regio Grave ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende schilderwerkzaamheden bij particuliere woningen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Binnen- en buitenschilderwerk - Schilderen van muren, plafonds, deuren en kozijnen - Schuren, plamuren en gronden van ondergronden - Voorbereiden en professioneel afwerken van schilderwerk - Herstellen en bijwerken van bestaand schilderwerk - Zorgvuldig afplakken en beschermen van ruimtes en materialen - Adviseren van particuliere klanten over schilderwerk en onderhoud - Het netjes en schoon achterlaten van de werkplek - Werken op verschillende locaties binnen de regio Grave Functie eisen Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een ervaren schilder die zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en professioneel kan werken. Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als schilder en beschikt over voldoende vakkennis om zelfstandig bij particuliere klanten aan de slag te gaan. Daarnaast vinden wij het belangrijk dat je: - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring hebt als schilder - De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst - Netjes, beleefd en representatief bent - Klantvriendelijk en servicegericht bent - Goed kunt communiceren met particuliere klanten - Zelfstandig en zorgvuldig kunt werken - Oog hebt voor detail en kwaliteit - Betrouwbaar bent en afspraken nakomt...
