Dan is dit jouw kans! Als onderhoudsschilder bij de woningstichting ga je aan de slag met het verfraaien, onderhouden en renoveren van woningen. Over de functie Als vakschilder werk je voor woningstichtingen. Je werkt in een vast team en elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee. Je overlegt met collega's en bewoners, plant je eigen werkzaamheden en gaat met een voldaan gevoel naar huis. Kwaliteit boven kwantiteit, dat past bij jou. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Je voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan woningen, groot en klein. - Je schildert zowel de binnen- als buitenkant van huurwoningen. - Je verwijdert vakkundig houtrot uit kozijnen en deuren. Door jarenlang vakwerk te leveren, heeft jouw werkgever een uitstekende reputatie opgebouwd in het vastgoedonderhoud, vooral voor woningstichtingen. Geen koude nieuwbouwputten, maar enkel het mooie werk. Plezier, kwaliteit en een goede werksfeer; daar staat jouw werkgever om bekend.
