Je verduurzaamt, onderhoudt en renoveert de woningen van de woningstichting. In een vast team werk je van project naar project en pak je binnen- en buitenwerk op. Over de functie Als onderhoudsschilder hou jij je dagelijks bezig met projecten voor de woningstichting in de regio. Iedere dag komen er weer andere werkzaamheden voorbij. Altijd in een vast team. Je overlegt met collega's en huurders, maakt je eigen planning en gaat aan het einde van de dag tevreden naar huis. Dit komt omdat je de tijd krijgt om het werk zo goed mogelijk af te maken. Kwaliteit boven kwantiteit, dat past bij jou. Aan wat voor een werkzaamheden je moet denken? - Je voert zowel klein als groot onderhoud uit aan woningen van de woningstichting. - Je pakt schilderwerk aan, zowel aan de binnen- als buitenzijde van de woning. - Je verwijdert houtrot uit kozijnen en deuren. Door jarenlang vakwerk te leveren, heeft jouw werkgever een groot netwerk opgebouwd in het vastgoedonderhoud onder andere voor woningstichtingen. Daar zijn ze goed in. Geen nieuwbouw, maar enkel het mooie werk. Plezier, kwaliteit en een goede werksfeer; daar staat jouw werkgever om bekend. Wij bieden - Je krijgt een salaris tussen de €3.300,00 en €4.000,00 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. - Verder heb je recht op goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Bouw & Infra, zoals 20 adv-dagen, 25 vakantiedagen, vakantiegeld en een top pensioen. - Je krijgt alles wat je nodig hebt om je werk goed uit te kunnen voeren.
