Ben je hardwerkend, een goede teamspeler en woonachtig in de omgeving van Weesp? Als Basismedewerker Schoonmaak na Calamiteiten bied je ondersteuning aan mensen die getroffen zijn door brand, overstroming of lekkage, en bied je uitzicht door de schade en overlast zoveel mogelijk te beperken en te verhelpen. Hoe ziet een werkdag eruit? De werkzaamheden worden per project ingedeeld door de voorman en kan per dag verschillend zijn. Onder leiding van jouw voorman ga jij en het team aan de slag bij een woonhuis, bedrijf of andere locatie, voornamelijk omgeving Amsterdam, maar ook in andere delen van Nederland. Gedurende de werkdag besteed je veel aandacht aan veiligheid, hygiëne, gedrag en kwaliteit. Voor je eigen veiligheid en de veiligheid van het team is het belangrijk om alle instructies en uitleg van je voorman stipt na te volgen. Eigen initiatief is ook welkom, maar gaat altijd in overleg met de voorman. Een typische werkdag: Voorbereiding: Om 06:45 aanmelden bij de busjes. Overleg over een warm bakje koffie of kopje thee. Teams en taken worden ingedeeld. Samen met voorman en team rijdend naar locatie, ook weer samen thuis in Weesp. Aan de slag: De werkzaamheden zijn erg afhankelijk van de type en ernst van de situatie en kan bestaan uit de volgende: Sloop en verwijder vervuilde materialen. Reinig en herstel beschadigd gebouw en inhoud. Veiligstellen van onbeschadigde spullen. Inboedel en inventaris verpakken en klaarmaken voor verhuizing en opslag. Schoonmaak vindt plaats op de getroffen locaties en op de vestiging in Weesp.
