Voor een schrijnwerkerij in Stekene 📍 zijn we op zoek naar een schrijnwerker voor in het atelier voor zowel binnen als buitenschrijnwerk.

Jouw taken als schrijnwerker 📜

  • Je staat in voor het vervaardigen en plaatsen van meubels.
  • Je verwerkt decoratief plaatmateriaal (melamine, laminaat, fineer).
  • Je werkt met verschillende houtbewerkingsmachines zoals; opdeelzaag, paneelzaag, afplakmachine, CNC (optioneel), ...
  • Je monteert de onderdelen m.b.v. de opgemaakte plannen.
  • Je verlijmt en plakt de verstekken met de grootste nauwkeurigheid af.
  • Je monteert het meubelbeslag zoals lades, scharnieren, hangroedes en dergelijke.
  • Je controleert alle gemaakte maatwerk en legt alle toebehoren samen met behulp van de opgemaakte klantenbon.
  • Je laadt het maatwerk zorgvuldig in de camionet of vrachtwagen voor transport naar de werf.
  • Je gaat de profielen maken, hout zagen 🪚 (massief, panelen, ...).
  • Je bewerkt de verbindingsstukken en profielen (vlakken, bijschaven, ...
  • Je controleert de stabiliteit en de afmetingen van de gemaakte producten en indien nodig aanpassen (afschuren, waterpas maken, ...).
  • Je voert ook preventief en correctief basisonderhoud uit aan machines of uitrustingen.
  • Je zorgt voor het mechanisch assembleren en lijmen van de samenhorende onderdelen voor deuren, trappen en ramen (opspannen, vastschroeven, ...)
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring als schrijnwerker.
  • Je kunt planlezen en je hebt technisch inzicht.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en geraakt op zelfstandige basis in Stekene.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA attest 🪪 of bereid om dit te behalen.
