Schuldhulpverlener Joinuz B.V. Joinuz B.V. is op zoek naar een Schuldhulpverlener - Parttime - HBO - € 3000 - € 4500 per maand Wat ga je doen? In de functie van schuldhulpverlener ben je verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen caseload en voer je intake- en begeleidingsgesprekken met de cliënt. Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw cliënten weer hun administratie en leven op orde krijgen om vervolgens zelfstandig en onafhankelijk te kunnen deelnemen aan de samenleving. Je onderhandelt met schuldeisers, maakt een plan van aanpak en zorgt ervoor dat mensen zich aan de afspraken houden. Daarnaast heb je ook oog voor de onderliggende, vaak psychosociale problematiek en weet daar effectief op te anticiperen. Als schuldhulpverlener ben je er voor de cliënten en weet je op een creatieve manier lastige situaties op te lossen. Wat vragen wij? - Jij hebt enkele jaren werkervaring binnen de schuldhulpverlening (fase 1 & fase 2) - Jij bent een schuldhulpverlener met hbo werk- en denk niveau - Je bent beschikbaar voor 28-36 uur per week - Je hebt kennis van inkomenscomponenten, financiële tegemoetkomingregelingen, arbeidsre-integratie, belastingwetgeving - Je hebt kennis van de sociale kaart en psychosociale hulpverlening - Je herkent jezelf in de volgende competenties: communicatief vaardig, besluitvaardig en oplossingsgericht - Je bent vaardig in het analyseren van een individueel schuldenprobleem en het opstellen van een rapport en advies Wat bieden wij?
