Arnhem Schuldregelaar Functie omschrijving Introductie De vernieuwde schuldenaanpak valt onder het Nationaal Programma Arnhem-Oost. Een belangrijk onderdeel is het verbeteren van de financiële omstandigheden van bewoners om hun gezondheid, welzijn en kansen te vergroten. Binnen deze pilot ontwerpen we een gebiedsgerichte aanpak waarbij de schulden van circa 50 kwetsbare gezinnen direct worden opgekocht, zodat rust ontstaat en er samen gewerkt kan worden aan een perspectiefrijke toekomst. Het Instituut Publieke Waarden (IPW) onderhandelt vooraf namens het programma met de grootste schuldeisers en er worden collectieve afspraken gemaakt met deze schuldeisers. We staan op het punt te starten met de uitvoering. Een belangrijke uitvoerende rol binnen deze pilot is die van financieel expert. Wat ga je doen? Functieomschrijving Als financieel expert speel je een cruciale rol in de uitvoering van de pilot. Je brengt de financiële situatie van deelnemende huishoudens in kaart, stabiliseert deze, onderhandelt met schuldeisers en bewaakt het proces rondom het afkopen van schulden. Kerntaken van de financieel expert - In kaart brengen van de financiële huishouding van de pilothuishoudens en stabiliseren van de situatie. - Onderhandelen namens huishoudens met schuldeisers waar nog geen collectieve afspraken mee zijn gemaakt. - Opstellen van de schuldenlijst per huishouden en aansturen van de uitvoerende partij die overgaat tot uitbetaling. - Bewaken van het proces rondom het afkopen van de schuld per huishouden. - Signaleren, controleren en beoordelen van eventuele financiële veranderingen in de situatie van huishoudens tijdens de pilot. - Organiseren van eigen structuur binnen de uitvoering. - Durven onderhandelen buiten de geldende NVVK-normen wanneer dat nodig is. - Adviseren van de projectgroep op het gebied van schuldenproblematiek binnen deze kwetsbare doelgroep. - Periodiek rapporteren over de voortgang van het opkopen van de schulde...
