Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Schuldhulpverlener die een bijdrage kan leveren aan de zelfredzaamheid van klanten. Als schuldhulpverlener ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van ondersteuning aan mensen die kampen met financiële problemen. Je werkt in opdracht van de gemeente en gaat aan de slag met cliënten om hun financiële situatie te analyseren en oplossingen te vinden om hun schulden te verminderen of af te lossen. Jij bent de aangewezen professional die hen op de juiste wijze ondersteund naar zelfontplooiing, zelfstandigheid en onafhankelijkheid. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het voeren van intakegesprekken om de financiële situatie van cliënten te analyseren. - Opstellen van budgetplannen en adviseren over financiële mogelijkheden. - Onderhandelen met schuldeisers om betalingsregelingen te treffen. - Begeleiden van cliënten bij het aanvragen van eventuele financiële ondersteuning. - Verwijzen van cliënten naar aanvullende hulpverlening of instanties indien nodig. - Bijdragen aan het voorkomen van herhaling van financiële problemen door middel van voorlichting en educatie. - Het nauwkeurig bijhouden van administratie en rapportage over de voortgang van hulpverlening. De problematiek kan ingewikkeld zijn, je hebt daarom ook veel contact met andere instanties en ketenpartners. Jij beschikt over de volgende eisen: - Afgeronde HBO opleiding; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Schuldhulpverlener binnen een gemeente; - Ervaring met het beheren van je eigen caseload; - 32-36 uur per week beschikbaar op korte termijn.
