ft 33183 Je zet je in voor ondernemers met financiële problematiek en voor inwoners die zijn getroffen door de Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire. In deze rol combineer je schuldhulpverlening met ondersteuning in hersteltrajecten. Je werkt vanuit een sociaal maatschappelijk domein en schakelt intensief met collega’s en externe partners. Daarbij draag je bij aan financiële stabiliteit, rust en perspectief voor inwoners. Wat ga je doen - Je voert intake- en adviesgesprekken met ondernemers met complexe financiële vraagstukken. - Je stelt en coördineert schuldhulpplannen en bewaakt trajecten binnen Stratech. - Je onderhoudt contacten met schuldeisers en ketenpartners. - Je werkt volgens de NVVK-richtlijnen en in nauwe samenwerking met collega’s binnen het sociaal domein. - Je bent samen met een collega aanspreekpunt voor inwoners die zijn getroffen door de toeslagenproblematiek. - Je begeleidt inwoners bij herstel op financieel, sociaal en emotioneel vlak. - Je voert gesprekken met gedupeerden en inventariseert hulpvragen. - Je coördineert ondersteuning op verschillende leefgebieden. - Je stemt af met interne en externe partners, waaronder de Belastingdienst, hulpverleners en schuldhulpverlening. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en signaleert knelpunten. - Je draagt bij aan kennisdeling en verbetering van de gemeentelijke dienstverlening aan deze doelgroep. Eisen - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op C1-niveau. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als schuldhulpverlener voor ondernemers. - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als schuldhulpverlener voor ondernemers binnen een gemeente. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met Kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het opstellen van VTBL-berekeningen. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met NVVK-richtlijnen en modules. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het begeleiden..
