Over de functie

Als Scrum Master bij De Lijn speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaal laten functioneren van onze Agile teams. Je begeleidt en coacht twee scrumteams (elk 5 à 6 medewerkers) en zorgt ervoor dat zij efficiënt samenwerken, groeien en kwalitatieve oplossingen opleveren.

Je bent een echte peoplepersoon die teams ondersteunt, beschermt en sterker maakt — zonder op de voorgrond te treden. Je creëert rust, structuur en vertrouwen, zodat teams hun volle potentieel kunnen bereiken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je begeleidt en coacht 2 scrumteams in hun dagelijkse werking
  • Je faciliteert en bewaakt de scrum ceremonieën (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective)
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat teamleden zich optimaal kunnen focussen en verwijdert hindernissen
  • Je beschermt het team tegen externe verstoringen
  • Je stimuleert een positieve teamdynamiek en open communicatie
  • Je coacht zowel het team als de product owner in Agile en Scrum
  • Je draagt bij aan continue verbetering en helpt teams groeien naar meer zelfstandigheid
  • Je zorgt voor afstemming met stakeholders en vertaalt resultaten naar heldere demo’s

Profiel

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Agile/Scrum context
  • Sterke people skills en coachende mindset
  • Passie voor Agile werken en Scrum
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden van teams (niet hiërarchisch, wel coachend)
  • In staat om rust en structuur te brengen (geen “tafelspringer” of dominante stijl)
  • Scrum certificaat (PSM, CSM, …)
  • Affiniteit met IT (developer, tester of analist achtergrond is een plus)
  • Kennis van SAFe of grotere Agile organisaties is een plus
  • Ervaring met digitale/IT-omgevingen
