SRQ170529 Je gaat aan de slag als Senior Scrum Master binnen een complexe IT- en businessomgeving rondom stationsgebieden en digitale dienstverlening. In deze rol ondersteun je meerdere teams bij het vergroten van hun autonomie, volwassenheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Je kijkt verder dan de grenzen van afzonderlijke teams en werkt actief aan verbeteringen in de volledige waardestroom. Met jouw ervaring als veranderaar maak je patronen zichtbaar, voer je lastige gesprekken en realiseer je duurzame verbeteringen die teams en organisatie verder helpen. Wat ga je doen - Je ondersteunt meerdere teams bij het vergroten van hun agile volwassenheid, autonomie en leverbetrouwbaarheid. - Je verbetert de samenwerking binnen teams en tussen teams, Product Owners en stakeholders. - Je begeleidt complexe verandertrajecten binnen een SAFe-organisatie. - Je verhoogt de voorspelbaarheid, flow en klantwaarde binnen de organisatie. - Je biedt inzicht in voorspelbaarheid en effectiviteit, onder meer met Azure-rapportages en team effectiviteitsmetingen. - Je maakt structurele belemmeringen zichtbaar en helpt deze oplossen op team-, proces- en organisatieniveau. - Je ontwikkelt een cultuur van continue verbetering en eigenaarschap. - Je coacht en ontwikkelt teams en hun Product Owner. - Je versterkt het SAFe- en agile gedachtegoed en evalueert bestaande werkwijzen en events kritisch om deze waar nodig opnieuw in te richten.
