The posting

1. Preparación previa al servicio

Montar y vestir las mesas siguiendo los estándares del hotel (mantelería, cubertería, cristalería, servilletas, etc.).

Revisar y reponer material en la estación de servicio (cubiertos, platos, vasos, servilletas, condimentos, etc.).

Preparar las bandejas, carros y mesas auxiliares.

Revisar que la sala, bar o terraza estén limpios y ordenados antes de la apertura.

Ayudar a colocar cartas, menús o displays promocionales en las mesas.

2. Apoyo en el servicio

Recibir y acompañar a los clientes a su mesa, si es necesario.

Servir agua, pan y bebidas simples mientras el camarero principal toma la comanda.

Llevar y retirar platos y bebidas desde la cocina/bar hasta las mesas.

Asistir al camarero en el servicio de comida y bebida (por ejemplo, servir vino bajo indicaciones).

Reponer elementos durante el servicio (cubiertos para siguiente plato, pan, agua, hielo, etc.).

Atender peticiones sencillas de los clientes, siempre comunicando al camarero principal cualquier requerimiento especial.

3. Mantenimiento de la limpieza y el orden

Retirar platos, vasos y cubiertos sucios con discreción y rapidez.

Limpiar y resetear mesas después de cada servicio.

Mantener ordenadas las estaciones de trabajo y zonas de apoyo.

Asegurarse de que las zonas visibles al cliente estén siempre impecables.

4. Cierre y post-servicio

Colaborar en la recogida y limpieza de todo el material utilizado.

Guardar y contabilizar correctamente cubertería, vajilla y cristalería.

Reponer el material necesario para el siguiente turno.

Informar de incidencias (roturas, material faltante, quejas de clientes, etc.).

Colaborar con el inventario básico de utensilios y materiales.

5. Normas y estándares del hotel

Cumplir con los protocolos de higiene y manipulación de alimentos (APPCC).

Mantener una imagen personal cuidada y uniforme impecable.
